About me

I'm Earl - a technology executive and former hospital CIO with 20+ years leading enterprise technology across hospitals, health systems, and professional services. I lead strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, operations, and teams - and I never stopped building things myself.

The leadership side

My career has been spent making technology organizations work: aligning digital investments with clinical and financial goals, revitalizing underperforming IT departments, leading modernization programs, and keeping security and reliability non-negotiable. The builder side

After hours I design and ship software: an iPhone network tool with a real SSH terminal, learning apps, photo tools, this website and its secure platform, and a sensor stack with live monitoring you can see on the dashboard. The games are rebuilt arcade classics - because craft should be fun.

The creative side

Photography is the other discipline - structure, travel, and light. A selection is in Photos. I'm endlessly curious and happiest when learning something new.
